What the service does
You enter your details, or upload a CV you already have, and our AI writes and formats a CV from them. Building and previewing is free. To download the finished PDF and Word file, you pay ₦1,500 for that CV.
What you pay, and what you get
- ₦1,500 is a one-off payment for one CV. It is not a subscription and nothing recurs.
- Once paid, that CV stays unlocked in your account and you can download it again whenever you want, at no extra cost.
- Payment is handled by Paystack. We don’t store your card details.
- Prices are in Nigerian Naira and may change, but a change never affects a CV you’ve already paid for.
Refunds
If your payment goes through but the file doesn’t download, or the file is broken, message us and we’ll fix it or refund you in full.
Because you see the finished CV before you pay, we don’t normally refund on the basis of not liking the writing — the preview is there so you can decide first. That said, if you think something’s genuinely wrong, contact us and we’ll look at it properly.
Your responsibilities
- Everything you put in your CV must be true and yours. Don’t invent qualifications, and don’t use someone else’s employment history.
- Don’t use the service to break the law, or to try to break, overload or get around the limits of our systems.
- Keep your Google account secure — anyone who can sign in as you can see and download your CVs.
What we don’t promise
We’ll do our best to make your CV good, but we can’t promise it will get you a job, an interview, or a reply. Hiring decisions belong to employers, and there are many things about an application we have no sight of.
The AI writes from what you give it. Read your CV before you send it anywhere. It’s your document and your name on it, and you’re responsible for checking that everything in it is accurate.
The service is provided as it is. We can’t guarantee it will be available without interruption, and to the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us for the CV in question.
Your account
You can delete a CV at any time from My CVs, or ask us to delete your whole account by emailing info.oppolab@gmail.com.
We may suspend an account that’s being used to abuse the service or break these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we do, we’ll change the date at the top. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new version.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
